StoneCalibre Acquires Best-in-class Handheld Network Test Tools for Wireless and Wireline Enterprise Networks

Los Angeles, CA (September 18, 2018) – StoneCalibre is pleased to announce that as of September 14, 2018, it has completed the divestiture of the handheld network test (HNT) tools business from NETSCOUT SYSTEMS, INC. (NASDAQ: NTCT). StoneCalibre has acquired this pioneering portfolio of HNT solutions along with a global team of experienced executives, product engineers, sales, marketing and operations professionals. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

During the transition period, NETSCOUT will ensure a smooth transition for customers, partners, contractors and suppliers by collaborating with StoneCalibre to provide a variety of services across a range of functional areas over the next several months as StoneCalibre completes its carve-out of HNT as a standalone company in its portfolio.
