Usman Shakeel
Usman is a Partner at StoneCalibre, where he oversees the entire investment journey from inception to post-acquisition portfolio management. His involvement spans various critical aspects of the investment process, including due diligence, valuation, financing, structuring, legal negotiations, and providing strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
Prior to his tenure at StoneCalibre, Usman distinguished himself as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Morgan Stanley, where he provided strategic advice to clients across the technology, industrial, gaming, and consumer industries.
Usman graduated magna cum laude from the prestigious University of Southern California with dual degrees in Business Administration from the Marshall School of Business and Accounting from the Leventhal School of Accounting.
In addition to his professional commitments, Usman serves on the board of Calibre Scientific, a global leader in life science and diagnostics consumables, reagents, tools, and instruments serving lab research, diagnostics, industrial, and biopharmaceutical sectors.
